I just had a similar problem and I used following syntax to get it
working:

$model->findAll(array("CONCAT(`path`, '\\\\' ,`filename`)" =>
$files));

$files is just an array of strings (absolute filepaths). In SQL it
looks like:
...WHERE CONCAT(`path`, '\\', `filename`) IN ('path1', 'path2',
'path3', ...)
