Sounds like you've got leading or trailing whitespace in one of your
php files.
"headers already sent" means that you've already started outputting
content. In most cases this is whitespace - do a search, there are
lots of people who have had the same problem, and I think there are
some automated tools to search your source files for likely culprits.
