user directory? but i use windows system operation.
i had add the line like

   RewriteEngine on
   RewriteRule    ^$ app/webroot/    [L]
   RewriteRule    (.*) app/webroot/$1 [L]
   RewriteBase /~photo/
</IfModule>
but it's also wrong,help me thanks
