I personally prefer doxygen in my projects. Its pretty fast as compared to other tools in the category and is feature rich .
P.S : cakephp also use this tool

I'm working on a website project using CakePHP, and would like to open-source the code, for future use. I was wondering if anyone was using/knew of a way or program that I could use to help document the code for outside use? I've glanced at phpDocumentor (http://www.phpdoc.org/) and Doxygen (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/) and I'm unsure of the best way to proceed with this.

If anyone has some ideas/experience with anything like this, I would love to hear about it, and I'm sure other developers could use the ideas as well.
