XDebug 2.0.1 >= is bugged.

I've tried to run on Windows Vista, Windows XP and Debian with version
2.0.3.
Only 2.0.0 works on Debian.

I've not found 2.0.0 DLL for Windows and PECL does not works to install.

Any ideas?
