CHeck the syntax of "find", if you use 1.2, you should do something
like this:
$this->Post->Department->find("all", array("conditions" =>
"Department.id = " . $this->data['Post']
['department_id'], "recursive" => 1));
I guess you problem comes from the "find" throwing some errors before
you render/redirect.
