I don't wanna use a db beacause data to be treated are not so dynamic,
they could be considered as "customizable settings". And I also want
my product to be easily managed by my customer - even hosting details
and that kind of stuff - and I think a text file, like an xml file is,
should be the best way beacause i can put it directly in a directory
of the hosting webserver.
