Hi,

I have pasted the app code at:
http://bin.cakephp.org/view/409355633
and the sql schema at:
http://bin.cakephp.org/view/305474219

I did experiment with the table structure you have suggested (id, fk,
fk). In that case the query that is generated selects
bid_session_registrations.id, which works, but I don't get the
bid_session_id & user_id which I'd expect from find('list').

The 'problems' that have surfaced can be 'solved' simply changing the
code manually, I am just wondering why the magic doesn't work in my
case :).
