So I decided I would try using WAMP for my development setup. But for some reason I go to localhost and get the WAMP homepage fine, yet when I try to access my project I get this "The requested URL /app/webroot/ was not found on this server.".
I did edit the httpd.conf file to load mod_rewrite and I did restart the services after doing that. I am using the newest version of WAMP, freshly downloaded, and using the latest build of Cake.
