Well I just tried my application for the first time. I had been developing it in Safari. If I navigate directly to the page, it asks me to download a file and then I can open it in a text editor and it contains the array(which really isn't what I want in firefox but at least it's not a 404). if I try and use the select box to pull in the array, then I receive a 404.
Both methods are using: http://localhost/pages/list.json?state_id=6 here are the response/request headers for the select box method: Response Headers Date Tue, 26 Aug 2008 17:38:20 GMT Server Apache/2.2.8 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.7l DAV/2 PHP/ 5.2.5 X-Powered-By PHP/5.2.5 P3P CP="NOI ADM DEV PSAi COM NAV OUR OTRo STP IND DEM" Set-Cookie CAKEPHP=t7fagvras3h6uv8o051dc2o4v2; expires=Fri, 26 Aug 2033 23:38:20 GMT; path=/ Content-Length 2907 Connection close Content-Type text/html Request Headers Host localhost User-Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv: 1.9) Gecko/2008061004 Firefox/3.0 Accept application/json, text/javascript, */* Accept-Language en-us,en;q=0.5 Accept-Encoding gzip,deflate Accept-Charset ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7 Keep-Alive 300 Connection keep-alive X-Requested-With XMLHttpRequest Referer http://localhost/admin/comments/edit/63/ Cookie CAKEPHP=t7fagvras3h6uv8o051dc2o4v2; showMySQLLog=true --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CakePHP" group.
