Hey, I have a very similiar question so I wont create another thread: I have Model1 which is associated HABTM with Model2 and Model3 (Firm with Category and Subcategory), I'd like to validate that Firm has at least one Category and one Subcategory.
And from the other side, how would I have to validate that Firm has at most 2 Categories and 10 Subcategories? Is HABTM a proper relation in that case? Or maybe I should put 12 foreign key fields in Firm table... ?
