sdozono:

The following head tag was taken from docomo.jp:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"; lang="ja" xml:lang="ja">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

The following head tag was taken from softbank.jp
<html lang="ja" xml:lang="ja" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type"        content="text/html;
charset=Shift_JIS" />

Maybe I have to set the language in the HTML tags as well.

Might try it tomorrow and see what happens.
