The problem was described by me here: http://groups.google.com/group/cake-php/browse_thread/thread/d4fc8f8bfcb2bf6d/fb02bb3a89ce5cfb?lnk=gst&q=please+help#fb02bb3a89ce5cfb The fix is to add the php.ini file in / dir containing: include_path = ".:/app/..:/app" And that's all, your Dispatcher should now be found and it's high time you go to optimization :-) Hope that saves someone from painful debugging.
