Hi everyone! I am Imran k and very new to CakePHP. I have downloaded cake_1.2.0.7692-rc3 and installed on XAMPP server but the 'welcome screen' appears without any graphics or colors.
I tried editing the httpd.conf file but it didn't made any difference. The screen is still with no color, no styles, no layout, and no font changes appear—it’s just black text on a white background.
