I don't know? I've never used the TODO tags. I have Eclipse PDT 1.0 installed (maybe I need to update) I also have Subclipse plug-in installed for Eclipse. If you want to track tasks, and bugs from inside Eclipse. I strongly recommend installing Bugzilla on your server, and then installing "Mylyn" plug-in for Eclipse. This will allow you to track bug assignments, and history from inside Eclipse.
