Is is possible to have different associations for same model ? For Instance, I have a 2 tables named 'groups' and 'users'. They have been related by HABTM. My question is that, in order to track the owner of the 'group' i have used a field named 'user_id' in the 'groups' table and saved the Auth user ID during the creation of the group. Now, during the listing of the groups, i use pagination. To get the group-owner-user data i placed a association hasOne in the group, like
Group hasOne User(GroupOwner -alias) User belongsTo Group(GroupOwner -alias) But, i found to get some error in the formed sql, that the 2 associations namely, hasOne and HABTM are clashing.
