If you look at the page title, it says "PD Reality | Errors" - this indicates there were errors. Double-check to make sure you have uploaded all files, database connection is fine, and you've cleared the tmp folders. Set debug = 2 and it should show you what is going wrong. Otherwise, check the app and server logs.
