Hi, looking for help! I'm running cakephp 1.2 on apache2, (xamp ) on winxp but....
Cakephp is running VERY SLOWLY!! I'd say 15 to 20 seconds for a simple hello world page. Half the time apache gives a server time out error. I have the default config as per the cakephp manual.
