Yes. In views->elements->email->text->default.ctp I have
<?php if (!empty($msgTitle)) {
echo $msgTitle;
} ?>
<?php if (!empty($subTitle)) {
echo $subTitle;
} ?>
<?php echo $messageText; ?>
There's also an html version.
There's also a layout file in views->layouts->email->text->default.ctp
that contains $content_for_layout.
None of these have changed since 1.2RC3, when everything worked fine.
