I am not sure if my first post worked. I am therefore posting again. I am using XAMPP for Windows as my localhost server.
When I try tho view my application after "baking" it. There is no CSS or images being renered. I have tred the forums at both XAMPP and PHPVideotutorials without success. Please help.
