Are your sessions tied to cookies or the database? I'm new to this issue, but I remember coming across this concern previously too, and had to open one FireFox and one IE whenever there are 2 users.
I suspect the newer google chrome may have a solution directly for this, as it handles each tab as their individual sandbox. Enlighten please, whoever knows the answer.
