Hello Martin, Thank you for your answer. Yes I did found the LDAP examples around the Net and Bakery but still I can't understand how the whole thing works. I also read about the isAuthorized() method but as far as i understand it its just supposed to do the "authorization" stuff and not "authentication" (i.e. check credentials). For now I just need to check whether the user/pass is valid. Once the user is validated he has unconditional access to the whole site.
