/htdocs/cake/.htaccess: RewriteEngine not allowed here this is resulting in a 500 Internal Server error, I have checked for the existence the proper content of all .htaccess files, and have setup the 'AllowOverride All' and the Load Module for mod_rewrite are all setup properly, and I even tried adding 'RewriteBase /' to the .htaccess files
