I'd do a check-up on the check boxes (no pund intended) when calling
the search function, get those types into an array. I'm going to
assume you are using cake's paginate and then you could do something
like this:
var $paginate = array(
'conditions'=> array('Music.type' => $arrayWithTheTypesSelected)
)
);
Not sure if this will work for your set up.
