I am planning to put cakephp with sqlite3 into a real production. My project
is basically viewing. But lots of updating from very limited numbers of
editors. I like the fact that sqlite3 is just one file and I can just upload
a file rather than constant dumping sql queries.

php 4 is very old. Most sites support php5 now. so why dump php4 and focus
php5 with pdo sqlite5?
