I managed to get Apache installed and running on my windows xp machine and pasted the Cake files in the proper directory.
On part 3.2.2 (http://book.cakephp.org/view/31/Permissions) of the Cookbook, they say to set the permissions for your /app/tmp folder. How do I do that locally in XP?
