to discuss adding a new language to the book.
May I ask why you've made a copy of the manual?
Since you're asking here I assume you're unaware that you cannot do
that (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/). You can and
should have just asked for a new langauge to be added to the book -
