When you are saving to more than one model at one time you should use
the SaveAll method. Something like this -->
if ($this->User->saveAll($this->data, array('validate'=>'first'))){
In your view you should have something like this#
echo $form->input('User.password_new', array('type' =>
'password','label' => 'Password'));
echo $form->input('User.password_confirm', array('type' =>
'password','label' => 'Confirm Password'));
echo $form->input('Artist.firstname');
echo $form->input('Artist.surname');
