What schneimi wrote is correct (I wrote a tutorial for Bakery a few
weeks ago; still not published yet, sadly).

Version shouldn't matter -- I also use 3.4.  If you're using straight
Eclipse, it may not have PHP support -- anyone confirm?  I always use
Eclipse PDT, which adds PHP support, but Aptana Studio is also an
option.
