Left double (opening) quotation mark (“): “ or “
Right double (closing) quotation mark (”): ” or ”
Left single (opening) quotation mark (‘): ‘ or ‘
Right single (closing) quotation mark or apostrophe (’): ’ or ’

html entities that represents the quotation marks..

Atenciosamente,
Thiago Elias.
