In a non-AJAX form, I commonly use this:
$form->button('Submit', array('onclick' => 'this.form.submit()'));
I can't use this with the AJAX helper because the onclick event will
reload the page. How can I use a button with AJAX? I want to avoid
using a regular submit button because it doesn't play well with CSS.
