Hello ajoberstar,

Please add Document_root before webroot/ in the .htaccess in the
application folder, app folder.

It will help you, coz i was facing same problem on my server.
When i added the DOCUMENT_ROOT path in the .htaccess befor /webroot it
worked fine for me.
please do check this.
