I also use Eclipse PDT. Pro's : * out of the box support for debugging with Zend and XDebug (what developer can live without debugging ?) * code completion * SVN integration (requires plugin) * Mylyn (task based contexts) and the Jira | TRAC connector
Con's : * memory usage is rather big * overall performance drops now and then Tried NetBeans a couple of times but couldn't get used to the shortcuts + didn't see any real advantages over Eclipse ...
