Hey guys... I really appreciate all the help. I finally got the images to
show. It was a combination of paths and permissions that I ended up
tweaking to get it to work. Thanks!! If you don't mind I also have a few
other questions regarding phpThumb and the cakephp helper:

1) How do you guys manage the deletion of images?

1) Do you guys create the thumbnails right when the pictures are uploaded
and save the image path in your database to be re-used throughout the site?
Or do you have the thumbnails created when the page loads (when someone
views it)?

I guess I'm just curious what the proper use of phpThumb is...
