go to c/xampp/apache/conf/ open file name httpd.conf find this
#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so remove the # and
find

Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride none
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
</Directory>
set AllowOverride to all form none
