This appears to be specific to my blog. I installed a fresh version of
Cake 1.3 on a new subdomain and didn't run into this issue.
Still odd that if I just set debug to 0, the app works.
If I uncomment Configure::write('Cache.check', true) in the config, it
seg faults and displays a white page.
Sticking with 1.2.5 for now until I have more time to try and work
this out.
