Was pretty clear to me that the OP has developed a CMS, moved to
Cakephp, and wants to start his new Cakephp based CMS on an existing
Cakephp based CMS, instead of rewriting everything.
In which case, I'd recommend taking a look at Wildflower, OvenCMS and
Croogo. :)
