Thank you Brett for your help. I took a look at the .htaccess files and they all seem to be ok. Got Firebug and under the CSS tab, when I click 'Edit', it says:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Not Found</h1> <p>The requested URL /cake/css/cake.generic.css was not found on this server.</p> </body></html> On my installation, I found cake.generic.css in two folders: cake/app/ webroot and cake/cake/console/libs/templates/skel/webroot. I don't have a cake/css folder. Does this mistake ring a bell to you?
