My site is having what someone described to me as intermittent problems
connecting to the CSS. At times it loads properly and at times, the header and
the footer is not loaded leaving a dirty page as if no CSS is present at all.
Everyother page looks perfect with the exception of the homepage.
Could anyone give me a hint on what to do please.
