When you use $this->Auth->allow('*') it overrides ACL for ALL of the
actions in the controller. Just change the code to allow only the
actions you want allowed. If you only want to allow the index and
view actions, use this:
$this->Auth->allow('index', 'view');
You will then need to fill your `aros` table with yours groups/users
and `aros_acos` table with the proper permissions for the add and edit
actions to work.
