I suggest you study the CakePHP manual at http://book.cakephp.org/ and
pay attention to 
http://book.cakephp.org/view/73/Retrieving-Your-Data#Complex-Find-Conditions-74
which is exactly about your issue.

Also, if you only copy and don't understand what you are copying, then
don't expect it to do what you want!
Know what you are doing, know the code, and all will be well :)
