Use the form helper, not the html helper, this creates the label,
input and error if required. It also wraps things inside a div, so you
only need:

<?php
echo $form->input('Point/name', array('type'=>'text', 'size'=>'60',
'div'=>'optional'));
echo $form->end('Add');
?>
