When I do $form->select('ElectionOffice.id', ...) validation fails. If
I then name the validation rule ''ElectionOffice.id' it also fails.
I've also tried 'Election.ElectionOffice.id' and
'ElectionOffice.ElectionOffice.id'.

Gotta love poorly documented features! I guess I'll have to stick with
doing it manually.
