You can use either:  redirect('controller'=>'pages', 'action'=>'display',
'admin'=> true) or redirect('controller'=>'pages', 'action'=>'display',
'prefix'=>'admin')

use 'prefix'=>'admin' or 'admin'=>true to redirect to admin pages.
