I have concluded SaveAll does not work if you have multiple hasMany models and the first one (maybe others?) has no data. I have tried many, many things and it just does not save the data.
So I have resorted to normal save() for the main model then individual saves for each hasMany model using the foreign_key obtained from the first main save.
