Is a limitation in the Translate Behavior. Related models are not
translated.
There are several workarounds. For example:
$this->Category->recursive = -1:
$category = $this->Category->read(null, $id)
$items = $this->Category->Item->find('all', array('conditions' =>
array('category_id' => $id)));
