Hi, I've been a cakephp user for a really long time and I really love this framework.
Recently, my company wants a modification on a project that uses an old framework. On top of that, there are other frameworks for a few other different projects. It is only a matter of time these projects need to revamp. My question is, am I able to export the features of CakePHP to other frameworks? For example, I would really love the automagic of model association. I thought of using ADODB for database integration. But ADODB does not seem to have the powerful automagic. Is there a way to convert the cake libraries into a generic library for framework integration?
