Probably these lines were added by the team in the very beginning of the development for some reason and we forgot to remove because the network performance was really good at that time and we were'nt able to notice the problem before.
Unfortunatelly I hasn't checked bootstrap before when searching for the solution, and that was my fault. Well, thanks everyone. I hope this topic is useful for someone..
