The error is in the application - look at the stack trace. You are not looking at a setup problem or afaics anything related to changing servers - it's an error in the way <whomever> wrote the menus controller. >From what you've said I would say it's not your responsibility to fix it - unless they're paying you to do so. Changing from one functional server to another functional server doesn't magically introduce bugs of this kind.
