Ok,thanks for your great advice.I will try to maintain all the jeremy's step.If possible can u give me u'r skype id.I had opened a company with kolkata,India clients.I want to work.But the problem is nobody help me out locally because I am senior most.I often search in internet and get help.I previously work in ror.If possible give me some advice.again thanks for u'r great advice.
